Mickey Boardman, From Intern to Editorial Director at PAPER
On this episode of the Fashion League podcast, host Mikahila Bloomfield catches up with the inimitable Mickey Boardman. Mickey Boardman is the Editorial Director of PAPER magazine where he started as an intern and has been with the publication for nearly 28 years.
They bonded over hoarding magazines, and since he was recognized as the most invited person in New York by The Daily Front Row, we asked him for his insights on how designers can reimagine what they do with fashion shows given the recent press around rewiring the fashion week calendars to coincide with buying seasons.
